Run!! Do not let them do a hard inquiry on your credit. I was given false hope by Col#$. He told me if it did not work out then he would look up other options. Only to be told the next day. My application was denied flat out and there are no other options!! Yep!! Lies lies lies!!
Horrible scam Don’t waist your time for application, it’s a scam on lower numbers to get you info and offer more payment then you paying.
BE CAREFUL!! EXTRA CHARGES!!. Read your contract careful!!! They include extra charges and payements to your loan. They added $2000 for warranty and $800 insurance to my contract. When I asked exclude this one, they showed no interest on me and ignored dosen of my calles and messages. Worst service I've ever seen!
Sketchy Went through the preapproval, Was given rates after they ran my credit, chose what I wanted, then i got a call with an extended loan and a lower rate... I did not want an extended loan... and the APR was 2% higher than what I had agreed on. Pretty frustrated.
Waste of my time!. What a waste of my time! Credit Karma said that I would save money if I re-financed my existing car loan with this company. Credit Karma said that my monthly payment would be lower with "AutoPay" would be lower, and that my total payments would be lower. After "approval", the monthly payment at this lender was HIGHER... and the total of payments was ALSO HIGHER. This is the first time I've taken the advice of Credit Karma. Too good to be true I recently applied to refinance my car. Instantly approved with OK rates (not as good as I got on Clearlane). Then I get a call from their reps asking repetitive questions (for which they apologized in advance, but hey, what's the need of asking me three times in a span of five minutes if my car is manual or automatic?). Refinanced Applied thinking it would lower my loan, but the document fees would chew up the savings on my refiance. Not worth it
Dishonest about the rate range they can Horrible customer service! Received 3 different answers from 3 different representatives!
Waste of time Sent me an offer showing my current rates and what it could be after applying. Applied for the refinance and was told there was no offers. So why reach out to me? I have great credit score over 750. Thanks for nothing.
