Was looking forward to our night out. The ambiance was weird having to keep masking up as the waiter returned. Hard to relax and enjoy our meal. The food was average for a Bartollota restaurant. Steak was overdone on the outside. The inside was fine. The amuse duo was silly. I know they are down due to COVID and can increase the pricing for Valentines day but I don't think the menu was work $105 for my 3 course meal. I will go to Lake Park Bistro next time instead.
Outside of having excessive mask requirements, the staff and food was outstanding. Will not return until a mask policy is more reasonable.
Only fixed price menus. Not good if you wish to give up dessert as it is included.
COVID-19 restrictions are way over the top. I wouldn’t dine here again or downtown Milwaukee until all this BS is over with.
Had not been to Bacchus since the remodel. The decor is too bright and less intimate. The "90's Rock" background music was atrocious. The food and service meets the Bartolotta standard.
Food was excellent but charging 17.00 for a cosmopolitan is outrageous!

Our dining experience at Bacchus was good. I hadn’t been here in 10+ years. 3/4 of us ordered the Signature menu. I wanted the salad option but didn’t like the dressing so I asked if I could have a different one. Our waiter sort of hemmed and hawed but didn’t say no. He said I could swap out a different salad which I did. All our food was delicious. We had a wagyu steak, 2 filet tenderloins, and the salmon. The signature menu come with dessert. Our server had difficulty with our checks; multiple errors. Charges for items not ordered, no discounts for our UPAF Cards, double charges for 1 item.
