Cheese first course was nice but we could not recall which cheese was which. Tag identifiers would have been a nice touch. I hate to say this but our waiter had horrible breath. I would never say this if it did t affect our appetite. Multiple members in our party commented on it. I have a gluten allergy and there were no alternative bread options for that. The choice of music was perplexing. Didn't really fit with the ambiance or clientele.
Portion size was too small. Timing between plates too long and while we waited to be seated standing at the bar no one served us. Overall bad experience and will never go back.
The white light is a little glaring and not flattering to food or person. Dimming the lights would help :))

Food was way overpriced and portions were small. Only 7-8 items on the menu and hard to understand.
We have been frequent patrons of the Bartoltta restaurants. This experience was very unpleasant. Our service started out adequate and ended pathetic. I had to ask about specials, cocktail menu and to have entree dishes to be cleared. Food was good mostly. The shrimp appetizer would have been lovely, except the shrimp was not fresh. We waited an exceptional amount of time for dessert or coffee to be offered. By then we were tired of the whole thing😐
The cuisine is superb, but the portions are small and the prices are high. We went because we had a gift certificate.
Air conditioning was a bit overpowering.
