The food is good but the service is horrible. Myself and my parents both were double charged for our meals on separate occasions and the gift card we purchase from them for another friend had nothing on it when they attempted to use it.

I made a last minute reservation and was able to get a table at 7:45. As usual, the food was great. The past 5 times or so, the service hasn't been what you would expect for the prices you pay. My water glass was dry for about 10 minutes each of the three times before it was filled. I ordered sparkling water. It was warm. Good thing I ordered a bottle of wine because I had to fill it myself. Not that it is at all difficult to do it myself, I just don't feel I should have to. There is a reason I could not make a last minute r... read more

The bad old Bacchus is back. We stopped going to Bacchus a few years ago because the service was so uneven. We began going again early this year because we heard that they had a new manager and things were better. They were, for a while. Our last visit was a disaster. From the 30 minute wait to be seated, to the undercooked fish. The service, once we were seated, was not good either. Bacchus has it's servers work in pairs. The young man we had tried to be helpful, but seemed to be in over his head. The young woman on the oth... read more

I have yet to have good service at Bacchus...We were seated quickly and waited for 10 minutes before anyone came by to great us and offer water or a drink. Once we ordered a drink, it took another 10 minutes for the waiter to return with the drinks. It was slow all night. The food however was great.

Very dissappointed in this restaurant experience. The food was fair at best and definitely not worth the prices. We would never recommend this restaurant and will never return. We have been to one other Bartolotta restaurant and it was good, but after this dinner,I hesitate to try another.

Did not quite like it. Best thing I ate was my apetizer (fritters and aoili) and the fresh mango based margarita. Salad (spinach) was horrible! Way too heavy handed on the spinach. 4 small cubes of port belly and a poached egg that was done too much so that when cut open none of the yolk would even run onto the salad as a dressing as it was originally intended. Main dish (braised short rib) was okay ... nothing to write home to. Desert original request was Panna Cotta that was not good enough according to chef and so was not... read more

Went there to celebrate an anniversary. Tables crowded too close to others, so there are no opportunities for private conversations. There is no dress code, so attire was of the anything goes variety. While the tables to our right and left received bread immediately, we went halfway through our meal before even an acknowledement from the bread server. The kitchen was very heavy handed with the salt in my wife's roasted chicken (brined prior to roasting, so very little salt should have been used in the finishing process) and ... read more

We had our reservation for 8:30 and were not seated until 9:15. We then had to wait another 30+ minutes for our server to take our drink order and appetizers. All our food took way to long and we were very disappointed in the quailty of service that we expect from the Bartolotta group. I will not be going back to Bacchus.

Good overall..but..if I order Filet Mignon med rare, I expect the filet--not slices of filet done med. If I order a beet, watermelon, arugula salad (listed in that order, I expect more than two super thin slices of beets and two super thin slices of watermelon and a ton of arugula.
