We have very hard water. Ralph was more than helpful when ir came to answering all my questions, and giving suggestions for cleaning. He was also very efficient with the service call. He was done within a half an hour!

We were absolutely pleased with Greg the sales person, Ralph, Kyle the plumber, and Mike ****** and Chris the installers. Mike had a particularly difficult job with a custom corner shower install. Never a word of complaint.Mike was professional and pleasant with a difficult job. A phenomenal install job and clean up was done! We will highly recommend Bath Fitter to EVERYONE!

The plumber and the installer were very professional. The work was done in a little more than one day. Everything was done exactly as I hoped! My new shower is beautiful! I saw a little leak. I called the office and they sent someone out the next day. He fixed it and gave me some helpful tips on how to keep my shower clean and drain working well. Everyone that I worked with was very nice and professional. Thank you Bathfitter!
From start to finish, all the Bath Fitter employees were professional, courteous and friendly. We were lucky enough to secure dates for the installation within a couple weeks of signing the contract for work. I was provided with information on what to expect and that was exactly what happened.
