Job well done. Matt was our primary installer and worked tirelessly. He and Cyrus were together the first day and both were courteous, communicated well with us and did a great job installing and cleaning up. Tom was with Matt for finishing. Each of them expressed satisfaction with Bath Fitter as employer and worked well together. If there were complications we were unaware as they problem solved and worked through to completion

We had two bathrooms done by Bath Fitter seven years ago. We had some issues which needed attention. When they say their warranties are lifetime, they Medo true work. Our repair tech Ralph was in tone, completed the work quickly and did a superb job. Thanks to Ralph and Bath Fitter for their excellent customer service!!

We have very hard water. Ralph was more than helpful when ir came to answering all my questions, and giving suggestions for cleaning. He was also very efficient with the service call. He was done within a half an hour!

We were absolutely pleased with Greg the sales person, Ralph, Kyle the plumber, and Mike ****** and Chris the installers. Mike had a particularly difficult job with a custom corner shower install. Never a word of complaint.Mike was professional and pleasant with a difficult job. A phenomenal install job and clean up was done! We will highly recommend Bath Fitter to EVERYONE!
