The plumber and the installer were very professional. The work was done in a little more than one day. Everything was done exactly as I hoped! My new shower is beautiful! I saw a little leak. I called the office and they sent someone out the next day. He fixed it and gave me some helpful tips on how to keep my shower clean and drain working well. Everyone that I worked with was very nice and professional. Thank you Bathfitter!
From start to finish, all the Bath Fitter employees were professional, courteous and friendly. We were lucky enough to secure dates for the installation within a couple weeks of signing the contract for work. I was provided with information on what to expect and that was exactly what happened. I really would like to applaud Bath Fitters. From Jeff who came to meet with me initially, then the plumber and finally Jimmy, who installed the wall and shower head. All were professional, very knowledgeable and very personable. A great team that did a beautiful job on our bathroom project.

Features and install was very smooth and quick. Took a front hall closet and made a stand up shower. Handled all aspects, kept me informed throughout the whole process as well as follow ups!! Highly recommend!
