Everything went well. Done in 1 days as promised. Jimmy was amazing on the install and Kyle did a great job with the plumbing. We're so happy with the work and how it turned out. Can't wait to use it in 24 hours.

We can’t say enough about the service that Bath Fitter provided. Jeff ******, our sales consultant, was knowledgeable and helped us decide the best options for our needs. We never got an impression that he was pushing any particular product - he just made sure that we got what we really needed. Our installer, Mike ******, was fantastic. We don’t think he even took a lunch break. He never stopped working. Bath Fitter is top notch for sure. We had a Bath Fitter tub/shower unit already so when we were ready to go to a walk-in shower we knew who we would call - No regrets! We had a tub/shower converted to a walk-in shower. I was told that we were getting the two best installers and no joke - we did. Even with a few hiccups - they still finished in one day. They did a wonderful job - were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Every time I step into the shower - I'm in heaven. My only complaint - I didn't do this soon... read more

I had a great experience with Bath fitter. The sales person, scheduler, plumber and installer were all wonderful. I had a family emergency right in the middle of deciding and the sales person was understanding. And I was able to get it done. I asked the scheduler to contact me if they had any cancelations and usually you get the ok I will but never hear back. She actually called me back with an earlier date. This is my 2nd bathroom with BathFitter! 1st was tub to tub in my other home. This was tub to shower in this home, love it! SO glad I chose tub to shower this time.
