Our Bath Fitter redo is just wonderful. We are just so pleased with the whole process. Mike ****** was awesome in all aspects. We could not have asked for a better job or an outcome of the process, It is just a pure joy to go in and take a shower and not have to struggle to go in take a shower. We will recommend Bath Fitters to anyone. We had Bath Fitters before and they had put in a new Bathfitters Bath tub which was great but with us ageing in our 80's it was hard to get in and out. Bath Fitter employees Phillip and Justin did an outstanding job making updates to the bathroom in my home. They were very professional, on time, efficient, and careful. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They took the time to address concerns during installation. The plumber ("Phillip") did a fantastic job updating the older plumbing. I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend Bath Fitter. Starting with my Sale Consultant, William **, he was very informational on the product and an absolute a pleasure to work with him. Plumber, Kyle, was fast and professional on installing new plumbing. Installer, Greg **, was informational will he was installing my walk-in shower. All three gentlemen where friendly, very professional and knowledgeable of there product. They made me very comfortable and at ease on the process.
