Our salesman Steve did an amazing job explaining and going over everything I love the fact that Bath fitter makes the product and no outsourcing. That is the main reason I went with them besides the fact that the wall enclosure is all one piece. I think three piece systems are tacky as heck. Matt did an amazing job along with Justin and Joe. We worked with Greg **, who was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained our options, our next steps and his quote was well within our budget! Matt was our installer. He was easy to work with, we got exactly what we wanted, and did a beautiful job and all within one day. Greg contacted us afterwards to make sure all was well with the process we decided to get another shelf unit installed. I'm writing this about one month after the installation, and we have absolutely no regrets, and enjoying our updated shower/tub combo.
Friendly, efficient, and affordable. Chris our sales rep took his time explained our options. Everything happened exactly as he scheduled it. We love our new tub to shower conversion and Mike the installer was amazing. We chose the subway tile enclosure with oil rubbed fixtures and it’s beautiful!
Mike ****** and Bath Fitter took my old dingy bathtub and turned it into a beautiful walk-in shower. I could not be more pleased. Mike walked me through all I need to know. A+++ Highly recommend.
