We can’t say enough about the service that Bath Fitter provided. Jeff ******, our sales consultant, was knowledgeable and helped us decide the best options for our needs. We never got an impression that he was pushing any particular product - he just made sure that we got what we really needed. Our installer, Mike ******, was fantastic. Bath Fitter is top notch for sure. We had a Bath Fitter tub/shower unit already so when we were ready to go to a walk-in shower we knew who we would call - No regrets! We had a tub/shower converted to a walk-in shower. I was told that we were getting the two best installers and no joke - we did. Even with a few hiccups - they still finished in one day. I had a great experience with Bath fitter. The sales person, scheduler, plumber and installer were all wonderful. I had a family emergency right in the middle of deciding and the sales person was understanding. And I was able to get it done. I asked the scheduler to contact me if they had any cancelations and usually you get the ok I will but never hear back. She actually called me back with an earlier date.
