Bath Fitter is top notch for sure. We had a Bath Fitter tub/shower unit already so when we were ready to go to a walk-in shower we knew who we would call - No regrets! We had a tub/shower converted to a walk-in shower. I was told that we were getting the two best installers and no joke - we did. Even with a few hiccups - they still finished in one day. I had a great experience with Bath fitter. The sales person, scheduler, plumber and installer were all wonderful. I had a family emergency right in the middle of deciding and the sales person was understanding. And I was able to get it done. I asked the scheduler to contact me if they had any cancelations and usually you get the ok I will but never hear back. She actually called me back with an earlier date. This is my 2nd bathroom with BathFitter! 1st was tub to tub in my other home. This was tub to shower in this home, love it! SO glad I chose tub to shower this time. Our Bath Fitter redo is just wonderful. We are just so pleased with the whole process. Mike ****** was awesome in all aspects. We could not have asked for a better job or an outcome of the process, It is just a pure joy to go in and take a shower and not have to struggle to go in take a shower.
