Compassionate,not money hungry, kind and generous old fashioned attitude but up to date and competent we got the best care from dr. Ottenbreit.called us on her day off the staff gave us great food and today gave us a free visit. Unheard of care thank you

Overall, a great veterinary clinic that I would recommend for you pets! We have been coming to this vet clinic since we first got our dog. They gave us all of her vaccinations. They also took care of her when she had kennel cough as a puppy when we first got her. The price for the visit and vaccinations is very reasonable. They also do spay/neuter procedures here, but the price for this is higher than other local offices, so we didn't spay at this office. Very friendly front staff and vet staff. I'll start off by saying very rarely do you find an animal clinic that feels like home and that some how and some way the Bayside animal clinic does. i have nothing but positive things to say about the wonderful staff and wonderful doctors who took care of my pet in need and didn't leave me pockets to the wind. Thank you bayside animal clinic for all your love and care.

what more can i say other than each & every time nico has a visit we are treated like family ... he was neutered yesterday & i was a mess leaving him not knowing what to expect ... picked him up earlier today & he was perfect & super happy to be home THANK YOU TO THE AMAZING STAFF that truly love what they do because it genuinely shows !!!

This is probably the best animal clinic we've ever been to, the staff is extremely friendly and caring , our frenchie puppy Odin was really sick on the 2nd week we brought him home , I was worried sick and took him to this clinic because this is the animal clinic listed on our puppy purchasing contract ,turn out our puppy had kennel cough and had to be hospitalized , the doctors took good care of him while he stayed in the hospital , they gave us detailed updates everyday , they did not run any unnecessary tests on him which... read more

I had to take my puppy here, since it was one of the places that was listed on our puppy contract. Helpful, kind staff they love animals. they treated my puppy with care and love. We had an incident where his paw was stepped on, they took us immediately and examined him, thats when we found out that it can get really expensive! we opted out of the X-rays $1375 because he was walking fine, no limp, no cries but i know that's the price range

This is the best clinic- from excellent customer service, to expert, holistically minded veterinarians and clean facilities. My dog has been going here, 10 years going strong, and due to the level of care Drs. Charos, Ottenbreit, and all the staff show my precious fur baby as he ages, he has survived multiple health challenges and receives timely well being care. Bring your pet family member here. The sweetest staff and Doctor! You can really tell they care and the prices are very reasonable. Brought my dog in to release his anal glands and get some updated shots. I didn't wait long and was in and out. I didn't feel rushed at all, everyone was super friendly and my dog must have felt it too. He didn't have his typical sad face on while up on the examine table. The place was very clean! This is my new vet!
