Came here to have my 2 dogs checked up and for their shots. The staff here are wonderful, the place is so clean, the technology they have is great. The only thing I can say is that it's a little more expensive than other places. But I guess that's how all doctors and vets are nowadays. The hours are convenient and there's even a grooming salon next door.

When I brought my kitten home from the ASPCA I realized she had diaherra. A few days later it was still the same. I thought it was the new food so I wasn't concerned since I followed the instructions I was given - gradually increase quantities of the new food with the old food she was given before. Almost a week later and no progress so I called the ASPCA and then they told me she already had the diaherra when she came in. I've been bringing both of my kittens here ever since I rescued them this summer. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and they don't try to sell you every medication under the sun like some other animal hospitals do. Though they are a bit pricy, their service is top-notch, and they helped me get both of my kittens healthy and happy. As far as my experience with the Bayside Animal Clinic, They are caring, wonderful,dedicated and professional in everything they do as far as i am concerned. They always helped me with my pets . If the clinic was closed and I needed help, I would call the main Hospital in Valley Stream ( Central veterinary Associates) and they would answer all my questions in a way that I could understand. I recommend them to everyone.

I owe my cat's life to these people. When she was a kitten, she was found on a sidewalk, barely breathing, and emaciated. Northshore Animal Hospital on Northern Blvd in Bayside (not to be confused with Northshore Animal League in Port Washington--a reputable and great animal rescue facility) refused to admit her without an appointment. Not the folks here. They were eager to help, and when we got there, they immediately examined her to determine if she was at risk. Needless to say, I adopted that kitten. I'm so disappointed that I feel obligated to write this review. As a first time pet owner, I've trustingly been bringing my dog to the Bayside Animal Clinic for 7 years. They do not give transparent, sincere advice and always make it seem mandatory for the most expensive procedures. If you like advice with no options that always leads to expensive unnecessary procedures, then this is the place for you.

My money doesn't grow from trees. If you don't want to get SUPER unreasonable charges plz avoid this place. They stole my money! Second time visited this place. Unreasonable charge.My cat started vomiting constantly on Oct 13th's afternoon. So I called this clinic, they said they couldn't take it because there's no available appointment slot but after I told them it's kinda emergency( it's my first time having a pet so I consider it's a dire situation) Then they said they will take my cat but it would charge me 205 $ fee ... read more

Very poor experience here.. Very rude staff!!! Brought 3 animals to get shots after confirming. They said only one animal was sched.( not true) we took over 50 dollars in uber in a snowstorm.. Manager was very rude
