I made a purchase of my mattress set and bedroom set with Rakesh. He was very informative with the comfortability of the mattress and the warranty it came with. The delivery service called me ahead of time so I will have enough time to make it home for the delivery, since I was working. Delivery drivers assembled my bedroom set, took my old mattress and replaced with my new mattress. I purchased a full bedroom set about a month ago and I am pleased so far. The experience of buying was another story. Some of the sales personnel are too pushy. I thought I was a used car sales lot. I was put off that I wasn't given a chance to look before being hounded. I know one apple doesn't spoil a bunch so I left and came back another time. This guy was awesome. We have been purchasing in this store for quite a while. The quality of their merchandise are great ! The customer service in the showroom is also great. This last time Mr. Pete helped us. He wasnt pushing to sell anything. He was giving us alot of options wich to me its awsome. But he was really pushy on making sure that when they deliver my merchandise for me to make sure everything was right. First of all....the sales person gives you some breathing room to shop which made my husband and i very comfortable. The prices are really good there. I would not buy stuff off the showroom because no telling how many people tried out that piece of furniture. So we order the furniture and it took a few days to come in. We ended up buying a entire bed set, mattress set and a solid wood table for 7 for about 2700 including delivery. I bought it back in October 2014 and quality is amazing. Love this store! We purchased our bed here in 2010, as well as our current bar table. The service is great and the quality of the furniture they sell is superb!
We went to check out the 4th of July sale last year. I agree with the other reviewer. There are a whole lot of over-the-top intricate pieces (I imagined Frodo and the rest of the Hobbits living there), accompanied with weird Romanesque statues that seem to be strategically placed throughout the store to frighten you. I should have read the reviews before wasting my time here. Sales staff and the manager Steven just come up with BS after BS. They delivered the wrong furniture on 2 occasions. I had to take pictures and send them to corporate before they would believe what I was saying. Only to still have them bring the wrong color. I don't understand how as the manager he isn't on top of what is being delivered especially when there is a red flag from the first delivery.
