Booooooooooooooo the worst customer service ever, management was terrible and horribly rude to my mother and law. Me and my wife were looking for a new bedroom set, they kept offering us free this and free that just to turn around to tell us that they were sold out. When we finally did find something we were excited about all of the offers just seemed to disappear, my advice go to rooms to go friendly staff and comparable pricing. My friend bought a new bedroom set at Bel Furniture 13 months ago. After 2 months the bed frame broke, service call was placed and they came out and supposed fixed the problem. Then months later it came apart again and another service call was placed and Bel Furniture refused to fix it because it was out of warranty by a month. They weren't willing to assist their customer after the "warranty" expires. I am including pictures of the bed. They are very cheap quality and no customer service. I'm usually pretty good about reading reviews before buying from companies, but the other day I made a huge mistake by just walking into Bel Furniture off of Gulf Freeway in Webster TX. When I walked in, most of the sales people I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. I saw a large selection of furniture and at great prices too. So I went ahead and purchased a dining room table and chairs that same day. Ordered a dining set and was told I could either pick it up in Katy (an hour and a half drive) or wait 2 weeks and pay 90 dollars for delivery. We decided to pick it up. When we finally got it home and assembled it, 3 of the 4 chairs were unusable. 2 of the chairs had substantially different length legs so they rocked 2 to 3 inches in either direction when sat in, and the other chair just refused to screw together like it was stripped. When u go there , their all Eager to get your business but when it comes time to getting your furniture now that's a whole nother story their manager was totally unfriendly and very rude They offered no recourse to get my furniture stating that it does come from China no wonder it's a piece Of .... GARBAGE! GARBAGE! GARBAGE! If you want trash furniture at a low cost you can afford, then come to any bel furniture location where we will treat you like kings and queens up until the point of delivery. Upon delivery we will break your trashy furniture while unpacking. Pick it back up and not make any notes in the system that state we have your trash you just purchased. We will then let you speak to our unprofessional customer service team who know the best 7 words in the english language "I don't know what to tell you."... read more
Purchased a sofa, love seat, and recliner and a year later they are trash. Each piece contained electric recliners and at least 3 of them are broken. Whatever you do, do not believe them when they tell you the warrant covers anything. It's a fucking lie! Truly a huge waste of money. Do not go here ever! Will never return to do business.
