I purchased a beautiful cobalt couch a couple of years ago and would have given them a 5 star review then. Visited the store this week and was disappointed that all their furniture was drab, boring, drab, drab drab. Just like all the other local furniture stores. (I did not see see any of the pretty colors in the Webster Tx store). If you like dull grey, beige, and brown....go there. I was disappointed there were no longer beautiful cobalt blues, cranberry reds, turquoise, lavender, emerald green ....*sigh*.
no one has gone to detail about the extended warranty that I bought for my furniture 5 year plan when I ask they only gave me the small details and which I thought was a great plan at the time for someone to come out and clean my living room set if I have a stain and fix my table legs, but they want to charge you an arm and a leg to send someone out to you after a 6 month of buy the furniture they didn't tell me that and I don't see it in the contract. THE EFFIN WORSE PLACE TO BUY FURNITURE! Chloe the manager was helpful BUT THE DISTRICT MANAGERS ARE TERRIBLE! Cheap Material. They don't deliver the time and day. It's so much nonsense I wouldn't have space to describe it all! Save the money and time and hassle and go somewhere else even if it's more money. You'll get what u pay for sadly here
Horrible Customer Service! I have been a loyal customer with Bel Furniture for years. I purchased a table and sectional on Memorial Day, I received a call from the manager on this Wednesday to inform me they made a mistake and did not charge me for the base so I had to pay more money for the base. I purchased a mattress and adjustable bed frame. They force you to buy a mattress cover for the warranty which i didnt need or want. The next day I realized the height of the mattress and adjustable frame was way too high for my platform headboard. They give you 180 days for free returns so I took the mattress cover and receipt in and cancelled my order. They couldn't credit my account until they sent it to corporate. Thats fine! The sales women "SaRa" is a lair she had told me that if I finance this furniture that it will hit my credit, whenever I called back a month later to ask about it they said that I would have to go out of my way to report it. Also she told me that the furniture I had purchased has a five year warranty, I have my paperwork with me right now but whenever I called up there( today) all of a sudden my furniture has no warranty. The worst quality they look good but the quality is bad there furniture breaks then it's been 5 month they still fixing it i don't recommend any one to buy from them
I wish you had negative stars. We bought furniture at the first of the year and our reclining loveseat has been defective since August. No one returns emails or calls. Don't waste your time here.
Do not buy furniture from them delivery process is a nightmare they are very UNHELPFUL throughout the whole process!!!!!
