Do Not buy, i bought leather reclining sofa / loveseat right after Harvey... now the leather is peeling... the so called Guardian warranty does not cover the peeling...it is considered wear and tear, $1713 total for this set..$200 for the 5yr protection plan... will not buy from here again..nor will i recommend this place to anyone.
Should be zero stars! Horrible crooks that work here will try to steal every penny they can from you. I had a warranty (thankfully) and when their cheap furniture broke, they repeatedly did not want to honor the warranty and tried charging me more for the replacement chair than they should have so I left the store and called the warranty company and even after they called them and stated what I owed they STILL tried charging me more, but after the manager came they fixed it. DONT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE!!! I bought a brand new table paid over $500 for the table and the delivery fee only to receive a moldy set!!! I waited two weeks for a replacement table to come in while the old one took over my living room space. I received a time frame for the delivery from 6pm-9pm and they didn't show up till 9:30pm, taking time from my day and when the replacement arrived yesterday it was cracked!! I gave one star because I had to in order to leave a review. This copy of the email I sent to their district manager says it all. Do not buy furniture from these people!! My husband and I purchased close to $1200 worth of furniture at your Webster store on 7/26/19. We scheduled the delivery for 8/1/2019 to have all furniture delivered. Update (07 Jul 2019). The store manager Edward contacted me and listened to my concerns and gave me an apology for my bad experience. He also refunded the delivery fee for the cabinet, which something I really appreciated. Thank you Edward. We bought a sectional (1500$) 10months ago under warranty. The employees were nice and helpful yes. However, the furniture is faulty, We've had 3 visits from bels technician thus far, to fix the same exact piece. Called today to report it broke again. The representative finally told me she would order a new part to correct the situation. I said great! Only for the rep to tell me the part is oversees and it would take 90-100 days to get here. Beware of Bel Furniture, the employees are VERY RUDE, especially Fatima At the Clear Lake location and Sabath at The corporate, however her name is spelled. I cannot believe a store as big as Bel would allow their staff to be so rude. From what I understand they don't want to pay professional staff and hire these rude teenagers. Do not, I repeat DO NOT, shop at bel furniture. Nick at their Webster location is a thief and a liar. The president of the company has ignored my messages via email and linkedin. Let me give you some background on why you should STAY AWAY from this store. My girlfriend and I went there to purchase furniture. We bought a couch that was overpriced but at the time they were guaranteeing satisfaction. I do not recommend buying from this place. We have had my sons bed for 2 months now and within the 1st month one of my railings broke and in my sons mattress the wood in it broke causing a big dip! Took us the whole 2nd month just to finally get people to come out. When they came out they replaced my mattress and brought not only the wrong rail piece but it was also the wrong color!
