If I could give the Webster store zero stars, I absolutely would. I bought a sectional from this store and everything went okay until I saw my bill. The signed receipt the store gave me at the time of purchase showed one amount, but when I got my statement from the bank I financed through the amount was hundreds of dollars higher. I normally don't do this, but uh....we are beyond ticked off!! We went to Bel Furniture (in Webster, TX) on May 20, 2020 and purchased a Trundle bed w/mattress for our oldest and a bedroom set for our youngest (full bed w/mattress & box spring, dresser/chest, nightstand) with a delivery scheduled for May 30, 2020. Fast forward to May 30......the delivery gets here with all the furniture purchased EXCEPT our youngests bed (headboard, footboard, running boards) and I was told that day that the bed was on back order. I bought several chairs back in May. The massage heat lift chair had a defective heater. It took nearly 3 weeks to replace. Replacement chair also has defective heater. It will take another 3 weeks to get a tech to look at it and 2 to 3 weeks to replace it. There service department and delivery take to long and is very inconvenient.
DO NOT USE THE PROGRESSIVE LEASING HERE. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM! THEY CHARGE YOU $200 A MONTH! Then double the price after 90 days. Plus they have delivered not one but two broken night luv stands. Still waiting on a new night stand.
Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. Let's have some bad sales people on my floor. you walk in there don't even help you out.
tos 2 days ago-Edit Updated 01/08/20. The brain damaged owner of the store had the audacity to insult me publicly and to post a nasty reply saying I was drinking in a nearby bar instead of shopping in his store while my car was broken into on Bels parkign lot. Attached is a receipt from Bell Furniture paid in full minutes before we walked and and found out a broad day light our car was broken into, window smashed and my computer bag was stolen 20 feet away from the entrance to the store, the parking lot was almost empty... read more
We bought a sectional couch and not even a month later the cushions started to warp which made it uncomfortable to sit on. Staff and manager wasn't helpful at all when we tried to get it fixed and said it was due to abuse. The insurance we bought won't cover it because it only covers accidents only so I'm going to accidentally burn it. I will never deal with Bel Furniture ever again.
Worst customer service in the furniture business. I should of spent an extra $300 and went to Gallery Furniture. Bel Furniture needs to evaluate its business model
Worst experience EVER !!!! Cheaply made product !!! Bought my daughter a new bed, mattress and thought it would be cool to get the one with the 6 added drawers. WRONG !!! Drawers don't fit AT ALL !!! Took into my garage sanded down slide rails and the gaps on the drawers themselves to help the fitment. WRONG !!! Piece of junk drawer still doesn't slide.
