"Service and Recall Work" As always the workplan was reviewed and discussed in detail, executed quickly and exactly as planned, and even the coffee in the waiting area was first rate!
"Fast and efficient" Booked inspection, oil change, wiper blades, alignment, tire rotation and balance on line at a time that was convenient for me with a familiar service advisor. Dropped the vehicle off at the appointed time. The work was completed. I was called and picked up the vehicle. The whole experience went smooth as glass.
"Low tire pressure" The personnel and service here have been excellent over 5 years of experience. The waiting area is comfortable and serves its purpose. I was disappointed when the treat area was no longer there. The fresh fruit was excellent.
"New car purchase" Easy, fast and extremely low pressure experience. the salesman was friendly and knowledgeable and the negotiation process was relaxed and low pressure. The financing was fast and easy.
"Oil Change" Came in for regular service. Got what I needed and left happy. I would really recommend this dealership to family and friends. Great experience all around.
"Got the job done!" Complicated electrical issues, Our service advisor Dylan and our tech Paul persisted and got the job done. Dylan worked well with our insurance adjuster and we are grateful for their efforts!
"Buying a 2017 ACCORD" II came all the way from Connecticut to buy the ACCORD from Berlin City. This is the second vehicle that we bought from Berlin City.
"Check recalls and inspection sticker" Service rep very knowledgeable. Answered my questions and explained all of the paperwork. He was concerned that he ws meeting my service needs. Recommended work to be done in the future.
"Service Experience" The service took much longer than estimated (3 hours instead of the estimated 1-1/2), but,by way of compensation, a very generous accommodation was made. Unfortunately, I didn't note the name of my service rep, who was very courteous and professional.
