The work was done in a timely and professional way. The associate who helped me explained the work to be done up front. When the unexpected happened (brakes) he clearly explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. I never felt pressured into agreeing to get the work done.

I was warmly welcomed to the car service department and taken to the waiting area. I felt very comfortable because of the covid protocol that was in place and everyone was wearing masks. Dillon Ballweber was my service advisor who kept me up to date as I waited and honestly within an hour and a half came and got me to pick up the car. Excellent service! (As usual....)
