"Just a few words" The job took a long time, but I knew that.. You did a great job. With fruit, coffee, water and the Portland news paper. On top of that I got to eat Chinese food.for lunch. All in all, not a bad day!
"Great service " I needed fluids changed and the employees were very professional and had my car back to me 20 minutes early. Could provide some snacks besides oranges and apples, especially in the morning. Granola bars or muffins throughout the day would be nice.
"Buying a CRV without a voice" I worked with Dave Cyr under unusual circumstances. I've had vocal cord surgery and other treatments leaving me speechless (literally) and Dave did all he could to make this an easy experience without any pressure. That was most appreciated.
"Honda Service" Brought Honda Pilot in for a quick service. Worked with Ryan York. Appointment was made on short notice, brought it in same day. All work was completed on time, below budget within an hour and fifteen minutes.
"Customer service oriented!" From the time I arrived until I departed, I was treated in the most courteous and responsive manner possible. The attention and care was first rate!
"Honda Civic" The Sale person Brad was very nice and goes out of hes way to make Andy Cheryl happy .Head lights .After do ing twice they look nice
"routine service went well!" routine state inspection made easy. free service! service on time and customer service rep more than helpful, cheerful and timely. Slight delay in completion, but explained well and to my benefit ( oil change and tire rotation done on my car, wrong vehicle) All good, thanks
"Megan Cogswell and Berlin City Honda is where it is at!" Megan went above and beyond for my wife and me. We bought a Honda CRV in part because we liked her so much in addition to the SUV. That girl needs a raise! She was by far the most helpful and attentive person at this dealership and others. We are thrilled with our new vehicle and happy that we were able to deal with such a professional and outstanding employee as Megan Cogwell. Thank you Berlin City for hiring and maintaining the right kind of sales person!
