It would be great if the person scheduling appointments had access to the vehicle history and could tell you what maintenance the car was due for. My car needs a transmission flush. If I had known, I would have scheduled at the same time.

They accepted the online coupon for $20 oil change and free tire rotation because I bought my tires there. Also got 15% off Tire Balance. Pushed the Transmission flush. I declined. Was explained why necessary.

I used the valet service, which meant the dealership sent someone to pick up my car and return it when they were done. That way I could get my car serviced from the safety of my house. The service technician communicated the progress of the service to me and asked for my consent for services to be performed. I'm glad mostly for the option to not go into the shop.

I went in for my appointment time, they were with me within 2 minutes, we went over an issue my car had, tried fixing it, but was working when I went for appointment. They had some suggestions, I took advise. Went on my way.

Everyone I interacted with at Berlin City Honda, from the scheduler on the phone to the service attendant (Dillon) at the dealership, were above and beyond friendly and made the whole process stress free and totally pleasant. Service was efficient, but I never felt rushed or pressured and I had many questions/things to talk about. I was so grateful for the quality of my experience and I feel a great sense of relief knowing that Berlin City Honda handle all my car needs!
