"Service was over and above..." My Honda CRV was only there for a state inspection, but they found that the battery terminals were corroded and needed to be cleaned...so they did the work at no charge which was a pleasant surprise.

"Fast, efficient friendly." I was scheduled for an appointment within 24 hours of my call, which was prompted by the dashboard message, "time for service." My 2019 Passport had just passed 7,500 miles, and oil change and tire rotation were needed. I was processed quickly the morning of the appointment, got some work done while in the waiting area, and the work was done on time for me to get to my 10 a.m. appointment in Portland. Great vehicle, great service -- thank you, Berlin City!
"Exceptional service" Called Berlin City Honda for oil change and tire rotation. I spoke with Jessica Curit-Ramos as I have had her for service advisor in the past. She was incredible as usual, Got me in quickly, great communication and friendly service as always. Jessica is truly an asset to your business, you do not find great customer service with extreme knowledge every day. Will recommend her and Berlin city to others
"Professional Service" Professional and friendly service. The whole process was well organised and efficient I was very happy with the service provided. Although I did not use it, a shuttle service is a great bonus too.

I waited in the lounge area of the showroom where snacks, coffee and water are made readily available for customers. Once my vehicle was ready, Eric found me and brought me to my vehicle.
