Excellent service, great technician, and customer service.
Fast, easy, just walked in for oil change and was out in 30 min.
great people great service. let me know what needed to be done and allowed me to determine if I would do it now or reschedule.
They talked to us about what they think needs changing, like air filters etc. We ended up buying a new CRV that day so we were not charged for service.
As always, service was great! Kept us advised if any additional work was necessary - there wasn't anything else needed. Really nice people in the service department, and they know what they are talking about. Also, nice waiting area with coffee, tea, water, etc. and a TV. They have actual "paper" newspapers available, which I really enjoyed reading. .instead of on my phone. Great job, Honda!!
I'm a big fan of Berlin City Honda. They are always kind and courteous. They always take time explain any issues my vehicle has and their mechanics do a great job of fixing them in a timely fashion. Keep up the good work.
