"Great experience" From the moment we walked through the door on a Monday evening to leaving the lot with our new car the next evening, we had a great experience. Steve Gendron made it the best experience we have had in purchasing a new car. Also, the support staff were great as well. Steve has made two call to date for questions we might have. I have been a Volvo person for 30 years and the minute I drove the Honda CRV, I loved it.

"Excellent customer service" This is the second time in five months that I visited your dealership for service. The service provided has far exceeded my expectations. This visit was prompted by a flat tire. I stopped in without an appointment, and was cheerfully greeted by Jessica. She followed up on my road hazard warranty with the company I purchased the tires from, and installed a new tire in less than 45 minutes.
"Exceptional attention to my needs." Made my car buying experience easy and enjoyable. Listened to my needs and did not pressure me. The sales staff was eager to help me get the car I wanted.
"No pressure sales!" Wonderful people to do business with. Informative and helpful but absolutely no pressure on us to purchase. None of the usual price dickering between multilevel managers.
"Great Customer Service" As soon as my mother and I walked in, David greeted us immediately and gave options for what we were looking for. He listened to our details to find the right car. David did his best with trying to get us the best price and we were very satisfied with it.
"Outstanding " Timely, courteous, knowledgeable. The staff has a good grasp of customer service and no one tried to sell me anything. I will definitely be back when it’s time for another car
"Service " Service was done quickly, staff were attentive and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here when getting my car serviced and they’re great about thoroughly checking the vehicle for any issues while I’m there so that I have a good idea of what’s going on.
"Great customer service " This dealership always gives first rate customer service. Bobby and Jessica are too notch. They always ensure you are happy and that everything was done correctly.
