Vehicle purchasing can be all over the place. Not with Erin & Berlin City Lexus. The easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Erin was exceptional throughout the process. I flew from Philly to purchase the car and that was so smooth due to Erin being able to iron everything out before I got there. I worked with Erin to buy my new vehicle. I loved the car but working with Erin definitely nudged me in the direction of buying. she was friendly, personable, knew what she was doing and made me comfortable,no pressure.
