I had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had with Erin Macro. She’s phenomenal, super easy to work with, found the exact car I wanted for the price I wanted and even crammed my paperwork in on a busy day for my convenience. She has a great sense of humor and absolutely no pressure to buy. I can’t say enough great things about her. The only cons I would say is a poor detail job initially when I picked up the car (which Erin 100% fixed) and I thought it was customary to start with a full tank of gas? Had to stop on my way home to fill up. Other than that, definitely a great experience!

If you are looking to get into a new or certified pre-owned lexus this is the place to go! John Talamelli took excellent care of me when I went in to talk about their financing abilities. Long story short, I left in a beautiful car that same day. John and the dedicated team of consultants they have at Berlin City Lexus of Portland go above and beyond. You will be pleased with the fairness, and how hard they will work to achieve full customer satisfaction. Give them a call! Better yet go in and talk in person, seeing (and driving) is believing. 5/5 stars all day.

This is my second time around getting a Lexus, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! The customer service is truly unmatched at Lexus! Shane Staples was extremely helpful and made sure I had and knew everything I needed before getting on the road. Also, taking my photo for me, you’re the best! Daniel Kahn, got me my quote quicker than I thought was humanly possible. The team is so efficient, which I appreciated with it being the holidays! Lastly, wanted to thank my brother Jared Grant for brining me in and showing me the UX, you’re ability to match people to their dream car is unreal! Overall an extremely positive experience, I couldn’t be happier!

This is my second time around doing business here. I think the buying experience was even quicker than the first if that’s possible. Friendly no pressure experience. Miss the nice showroom this time around due to their construction. Very happy all the way around, love my RX! Would definitely purchase from again!

I have honestly had the best experience and service ever at Lexus! I was fortunate enough to have John Talamelli as my salesman, and let me tell you, he will go above and beyond to assist you however he can and make your car buying experience as seamless as possible! I truly felt taken care of and that he was completely honest and up front about everything. I had visited Berlin City Nissan in South Portland earlier and was extremely uncomfortable with the salesmen, their tactics and also the quality of the vehicles presented. It was a very unpleasant experience. I was hesitant to go to another Berlin City due to that, but I am so glad that I did! I will absolutely be going back to John when it’s time for me to upgrade. I won’t go to anyone else now!
