A couple months ago I decided to buy a new (used) Lexus as I had been involved in an accident. I reached out to Berlin City and was promptly greeted by Elizabeth Stalling. She helped me pick out a vehicle the day after the one I saw listed, that I wanted, was sold. She immediately put me in a car that was in my price range and has done a great job reaching out to make sure that everything is working out for me. 11/10 will continue using Berlin City Lexus and Elizabeth in the future. Couldn't be happier.
Perfect buying experience.
Couldn’t believe how easy it was to buy a car from Berlin City Lexus. Was able to do all the hard work from the comforts of home. No pushy sales person, didn’t have to awkwardly wait around for the sales person to talk to his manager, and no aggressive finance guy. Timmy Nguyen helped us find the car we wanted and arranged for next day delivery. Couldn’t be happier and it’s changed the car buying experience for us. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from Berlin City Lexus again!

Over the years, I have purchased 13 new vehicles including 3 new Lexus RX 350 models, a 2008, a 2015 and now a 2021. Erin Macro is the best sales associate I have ever dealt with through all of those transactions. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Erin and the Lexus brand are my favorite.

We just purchased a car from Erin and the entire process was fantastic. We are not local to the Portland area and Erin made the process so simple and transparent. She was incredibly responsive and helped us feel comfortable purchasing the car remotely. She also arranged for free delivery to our home in NYC. We are so grateful for the wonderful service!
Vehicle purchasing can be all over the place. Not with Erin & Berlin City Lexus. The easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Erin was exceptional throughout the process. I flew from Philly to purchase the car and that was so smooth due to Erin being able to iron everything out before I got there.
