First off, I wanted to say that dealing with John Talamelli was the best exerpiece I've had while car shopping. I initially requested a call back via their website regarding a used is250. Things didn't quite work out with that vehicle and John was honest enough to tell me that their techs had some issues with the vehicle and they wouldn't feel right selling it. This dealership and our sales man John T are easily the best I've every dealt with. No hassles, no pressure and excellent customer service. We picked out our vehicle Thursday to pick up on Tuesday morning on our return from vacation. That Sunday they were hit with thieves who vandalized and damaged vehicles. Mine being one of them. They went above and beyond to ensure I had the exact same vehicle waiting for me Tuesday morning! Definitely a class act.
