First off, I wanted to say that dealing with John Talamelli was the best exerpiece I've had while car shopping. I initially requested a call back via their website regarding a used is250. Things didn't quite work out with that vehicle and John was honest enough to tell me that their techs had some issues with the vehicle and they wouldn't feel right selling it.
