I had an issue with my car. Not a huge problem but one I thought needed attention. I drove to BC Lexus hoping they could suggest a solution. They welcomed me even without a appointment. Diane assessed the issue, suggested that I could have my next service (due next month) too. She knew I had taken the day off and said she didn’t want me to waste a day off so she arranged for alternate transportation!! Excellent service. Thank you BC Lexus!!
