RecommendedThis dealership and our sales man John T are easily the best I've every dealt with. No hassles, no pressure and excellent customer service. We picked out our vehicle Thursday to pick up on Tuesday morning on our return from vacation. That Sunday they were hit with thieves who vandalized and damaged vehicles. Mine being one of them. They went above and beyond to ensure I had the exact same vehicle waiting for me Tuesday morning! Definitely a class act.

I went to Berlin City Lexus driving through the lot and found a Lexus that was right for me! Smooth drive, fully loaded with sun roof and beautiful sound stereo system. I was introduced to John Talamelli, who made my experience at Berlin a big thumbs up � we went on a test drive, we discussed the options that were available to me etc. Believe it or not, the vehicle that I purchased has a cassette deck that kept ejecting tapes after tapes.
