"Courteous, respectful sewrvice" I bought the car 2015 camry at berlin City and have tried to keep up with the scheduled maint. It's always ready on time and have dealt with courteous respectful consultants.
"Satisfied Service Experience" My Tundra needed a Bilstein shock replaced. The warranty had just expired within three weeks but Berlin City replaced the shock at no cost to me.
"15,000 mile check up" I was extremely happy with the service and customer service I received when I brought my car in for service. I dealt with a couple of people, but honestly I do not remember their names but they were extremely professional and gave excellent customer service.
"Good Overall exprerience" Diane Fortin, did a great job communicating throughout the process. I had my frame coated on a tundra recall. They got me in an out.
"rear hatch problem with lodged bag" my visit was for a bag lodged in the lock on rear hatch door. I wish I could give you the employees names but I can't. They had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. We have purchased two vans from you and our next one will come from you also. Nancy and Gene Lewis thank you again for the great service
"Great service, minimal wait time, awesome services advisor" I always receive the best customer service at Berlin City. My service advisor, Harold is soooo customer focused. I was in/out in a jiff!!
