"Emergency care 300 miles from home" We were driving up to Portland for a wedding when we were rear-ended in a hit-and-run accident in Mass. We limped into Portland with our 2017 Prius. We were treated as long-lost friends on the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend when the dealership was absolutely slammed with work. "Smooth transaction" Matt Melanie and chad provided a great no pressure experience. They went out of their way to get me what I wanted in a fast professional manner. I have bought several trucks and cars from the Berlin city team and always feel like they pay close attention to make sure you leave happy and stress free
" Toyota Tacoma Service" I had a number of problems that were completely understood and fixed. The service department was able to fit me in within two days from when I called which I really appreciated. Jeff my service coordinator kept me well informed on when my vehicle would be complete. All in all a wonderful experience again.

Eric made sure to investigate an issue with a cut in the leather upholstery and assured me he would follow up on whether it would be covered under warranty.
