"Trying to get a sticker" My service advisor was top notch. I came in because of lights on my dashboard. The service team fixed a couple of codes, but were ultimately unable to figure out why the lights came on. When I got gas the lights came on. I expect in a couple of days the lights will go off. I have a 2008 rav4 with 103k so I plan to keep it many more years. I appreciate the time and effort Toyota put into my vehicle.
"Service Visit" Very friendly, attentive greeting. I was there for a 20,000 mile service, so not a lot to do other than an oil change and tire rotation, but they made the point to ask if I had any concerns. The only reason for not putting 5 stars was that I waited for the vehicle instead of leaving it, and saw when they brought it out and parked it. "I felt like I was in good hands at Berlin City Toyota!!" Derek has great people skills. He was friendly and engaging. He was attentive to detail. He explained my car issue in language I could understand, and gave me the options I needed to make my own decision. His advice was spot on! Bob transported me back and forth to work. He, too was friendly, and skilled in navigating Portland's traffic in the midst of all the road construction.

I was welcome to find a good spot for me and my laptop and I was able to get a lot of work in while my care was there. The waiting area is clean and there is a Keurig maker, granola bars, fruit ,etc.. They go above and beyond to make the car service experience pleasant.
"25,000 miles Maintenance" I have always been treated with respect by dealership and by my shuttle driver when needed as I was this visit. Have never been employed by this dealership.
