"Fast and friendly!" Harold was great as always! I especially"like how he reviews what was done but also my trucks report card on condition of the tires and brakes.
"Everything worked out great!" Harold did a fine job right from drop off right through to delivery of the serviced car. Harold got the service completed early. That was much appreciated so we did not have to pick up the car in rush hour traffic. This great experience made me glad I bought a RAV 4 and it encourages me to think about RAV 4 should I be thinking of another car.
"Lease" I leased a new vehicle from Berlin City Toyota and the process was smooth and the service excellent. I would definitely recommend Berlin City Toyota to a friend or family member interested in buying or leasing a new vehicle.
"They did a good job" Just got my 10000 Mike service on my Camry. Took it in early and they had it done early. It's running great. Will definitely be back for my 15000 mile service.
"quick and easy" Knew what I wanted and the process went smoothly. overall it was quick as it can be and Mike Profenno lead a very easy process. He was great.
"My new sticker" I scheduled my appointment for a new inspection sticker on line. When I arrived, there was very little wait to get my service started. Everything was taken care of quickly while I waited, even though there were some problems that had to be taken care of in order to pass inspection. Everyone was very thorough and helpful.
"Inspection and 5000 mile checkup." Quick service with professional employees. Well informed and knowledgeable people. Well done. Timing was conveyed to me and any issues were brought to my attention quickly.
"New Car Purchase" I think most people dread buying/leasing a new car. However, this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I was able to do everything over the internet, and then just went in to test drive the vehicle I had selected and sign the papers. So EASY! They stand by their motto.
