"Jeff Cusack Review" Eric Ellery was very quick, courteous and helpful. The service took less time than I had anticipated. Everyone in the service area was very professional.
"Safety First!" I thought I had a bubble in my tire and brought it in to be checked out. They checked it out and re-confirmed that it was not a bubble that would be a safety issue, but a mere indent from shipping. It was a relief to know the safety of my vehicle wasn't at risk. They got me in quickly even though I didn't have an appointment due to the safety risk.
"Very customer oriented" I had to wait for the car, and it took less time this time than before at the same dealership.I have used the service department here for over 10 years.

"Good car buying experience" Last car I bought was a 2002 pickup. A lot has changed. Mike was very pleasant, patient and knowledgable about all the features on a 2017 Highlander we were interested in. My wife and I enjoyed the process and really enjoy the vehicle.
"Service Department" My service experience was great. My service rep Eric Ellery was very professional and knowledgeable, Very easy process, was in and out with 90 minutes. Hooked me up with some knowledge on how the rear window and wiper worked. Very helpful. I can't, however, say the same for the finance manager and finance rep I dealt with. I think his name was Ryan.
