"Great experience " Worked with Michael Begley. It was the most comfortable buying experience I have had, in the 6 new cars I have purchased. He is excellent and I would recommend him to anyone looking at Toyotas.

"Service visit" I always receive the best service at Berlin City. Jeff Bishop was extremely helpful in getting me back to my job on time and I was able to get my appointment quickly as well. I also purchased the Pre-paid oil change which will save me money.
"Love the service!!" This dealership has a great service department. They communicate extremely well so I always know what is going on with my car and how much it will cost. They do a great job at accommodating my needs regarding having my car serviced.
"Replacement of brake ligts" Excellent and timely service-took me on time-didn't have to wait. Also appreciated being able to fit me in due to fact that it was a safety issue.

"Great Sales & Service Departments" I bought my used car about three weeks ago. After having it about two weeks, I noticed the rear defroster heating element did not work. At first, the service department did not want to repair it but I kept insisting everything on the car should have worked when I bought it. I contacted the sales person that sold me the car, Melanie and she arranged the rear glass to be replaced at their expense with the Service Department. So now, I am very happy with the service.
"Good service" Made appointment. Arrived on time for regular 15k service. Everything done and only a reasonable short wait. They also offer a shuttle if you are not waiting.
"10k mile check-up" Professional, on-time....great! Everyone was helpful, friendly and Jeff Bishop was great. The check-in woman was also great & professional, too. Well done all the way around...thanks!
