The transaction was super smooth from beginning to end. Friendly service, great pricing, good people and fast next day delivery. Even allowed my dog to join in the "festivities"...pet friendly store. Installers were extremely helpful getting the box spring and mattress situated on the frame so in would not move. Also assisted with placing the bed sham in place (with velcro) so it also stayed in place. This is my second bed purchase with Best Mattress (on Tropical) and would highly recommend them to others.

Great customer service and quick assistance
The service was above and beyond. Kevin worked closely with my mom to meet all of her needs and answer even the smallest question with complete professionalism. I don’t think of receiving this kind of treatment from a mattress store but we did and will continue to buy from this store.
