I had a great experience with Erika. She really took the time to figure out the best mattress for my needs. She even took the time to get me the best deal she could find for what I wanted. I had a minor issue with my adjustable frame and I called her and she got it fixed immediately. Great experience!!!

If you need a new mattress Erika at Best Mattress is the person to go see. My hips have been killing me for years and she listened to what my problems were and fitted me with a bed that has helped me feel 1000x better. My wife and I went in approximately two weeks ago looking for a new mattress. I have previously slept on a Tempur-pedic with an adjustable base for the last 4+ years. We purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress last spring from Best Mattress. They had the best price, best service, and best showroom that we could find, and that included the internet! We went back again just last week to purchase a new mattress cover for our older Tempur-pedic mattress that we had purchased over 15 years ago, and again, best price, best service, and easy to purchase this item!
We have bought mattresses from here multiple times. Kevin is very helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, and honest. He doesn't put pressure on you to buy anything that doesn't fit what you are looking for. The customer service is outstanding all around.
