I wish I could give more than five stars! Kevin immediately introduced himself and asked our names. He was such a pleasure to deal with! He literally acted like we were the most important customers he'd ever helped! He was very personable and made sure we got exactly what we wanted! I needed a new box spring for our first room so I called the store to see if they had any in stock. I spoke with a very friendly and informative gentleman named Kevin who also happens to be the store manager. We picked up the box spring same day. Very easy, pleasant experience, and no up-sell. If you're looking for a mattress or accessories I highly recommend coming over to see Kevin!

Friendly sales people, not pushy. Gave me a great deal on a no frills mattress+boxspring+mattress pad+frame+sheets. In and out of there in 10 minutes. Delivery on Sunday as requested, delivery folks were fast and professional and gave me a heads up call 2 hours prior to delivery. 10/10 would recommend.

We needed a new mattress but definitely didn't anticipate buying one today. But Kevin was so helpful and informative that we ended up making a purchase that we're so excited about! He made the process of picking a mattress super simple and I'd definitely recommend coming to see him. He is great at answering questions and really cares about getting you the right mattress!

My visit into this store really stuck out to me as being a customer. Both Al and Kevin were great. I told Al exactly the mattress I was looking for and he showed me exactly that. What really struck me was how friendly and personable they were. It was some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. We had a great mattress purchasing experience! Alan was casual, helpful, and answered all of our questions with good detail and experience. We purchased our new bed and were able to have it delivered very quickly. I made a mistake in the size of the bed and called the store to see if I could exchange the bed and Kevin was extremely helpful in making my mistake a thing of the past. We are thrilled with our new bed and would highly recommended this store and their great staff!

Was recommended to this location in centennial specifically to Kevin the Manager by a coworker who is a long time customer. All of the employees are extremely professional and don't just try to sell you whatever they need to sell.
