Al was great right from the beginning. He was very professional and helped my wife and I find a great Mattress set and Adjustable base for a killer deal. I never once got a salesman type vibe or felt pressured into buying anything. On top of that The price was so reasonable I couldnt say no. Would definitely recommend working with Al to folks looking for a great experience.
We were on the verge of closing on our house and we're bouncing everywhere to buy the perfect most comfortable mattress. We walked into numerous other stores and laid on numerous beds. Kudos to Best Mattress Centennial Hills in Las Vegas and especially to Kevin! We live in Painted Desert and recently completed an extensive remodel which included purchasing new mattresses for all of our bedrooms. Everything was handled perfectly from the onset, but it turned out that the guest room mattress had a serious issue, not immediately discovered. Walked in on a Sunday morning (early) and urgently needed 2 beds ASAP. Kevin Simons was absolutely one of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with. He searched for the best deal and had them delivered that same day!! So kind and what a GREAT DEAL!!! Thank you Kevin and Best Mattress for making a very stressful situation so much better. This review is long over due. My wife and I didn't plan on buy a mattress we were just window shopping for an anniversary gifts for next year. Until we set down and talked to Alan he was truly amazing. Me and my wife hate sales representatives that won't leave us alone, but Alan treated us like family and didn't bother or follow us around simply answered questions and gave us an amazing deal we couldn't pass up. I came in a few weeks ago to get a new mattress for our guest room. Alan wasn't pushy.... which I loved. We tried out several mattresses and my mom picked one and we bought it. She's the one that uses it most, since she our dog sitter. A few weeks later my hubs decided that we needed a new mattress in our room so we went back. Kevin was just as amazing as Alan.
