We did a lot of research, went to a lot of places, talked to a lot of sales people, and this was the best experience with the best knowledge on mattresses! This Best Mattress review is specific to the 7701 W. Tropical Parkway, Ste. 120 in Las Vegas, NV store location, where the store manager is Kevin. Kevin was very helpful, friendly, personable and didn't try to "over sell" us (which I really appreciate). He gave us a really good deal, better than I had even hoped for. After being given the run around by JC Penny, I decided to cancel that order and go to BEST MATTRESS. This turned out to be a GREAT decision! My dog and I went into the store and the energy was AWESOME there was absolutely no pressure from these guys. I told them my cash limit and within minutes Al Gutierrez and Kevin Simons had the perfect fit for me. I went in for some sheets, having trouble finding them during the pandemic and I wanted to feel them instead of just ordering without knowing what I was buying. Kevin took great care of me, above and beyond, not just in taking time to explain the products, but actually obtaining the product that another place had told me was back ordered. I had them in my hand the next morning. Highly recommend this shop based on their service.

Talk about deals! Alan helped us out with more than just finding the right mattress! He made sure all needs were met, in all aspects, down to the height of how we wanted our set to be! They even went above and beyond to make sure it was possible to do same day delivery! Highly recommended, welcoming, friendly environment. Whole process went by smoothly! I wish I could give more than five stars! Kevin immediately introduced himself and asked our names. He was such a pleasure to deal with! He literally acted like we were the most important customers he'd ever helped! He was very personable and made sure we got exactly what we wanted! I needed a new box spring for our first room so I called the store to see if they had any in stock. I spoke with a very friendly and informative gentleman named Kevin who also happens to be the store manager. We picked up the box spring same day. Very easy, pleasant experience, and no up-sell. If you're looking for a mattress or accessories I highly recommend coming over to see Kevin!
