We have bought mattresses from here multiple times. Kevin is very helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, and honest. He doesn't put pressure on you to buy anything that doesn't fit what you are looking for. The customer service is outstanding all around. We did a lot of research, went to a lot of places, talked to a lot of sales people, and this was the best experience with the best knowledge on mattresses! We love this store. We have made all of our mattress purchases through here and have never been dissatisfied. When we once had an issue, Kevin and Alan were quick to resolve it. Best customer service!
After being given the run around by JC Penny, I decided to cancel that order and go to BEST MATTRESS. This turned out to be a GREAT decision! My dog and I went into the store and the energy was AWESOME there was absolutely no pressure from these guys. I told them my cash limit and within minutes Al Gutierrez and Kevin Simons had the perfect fit for me. I went in for some sheets, having trouble finding them during the pandemic and I wanted to feel them instead of just ordering without knowing what I was buying. Kevin took great care of me, above and beyond, not just in taking time to explain the products, but actually obtaining the product that another place had told me was back ordered. I had them in my hand the next morning. Highly recommend this shop based on their service.
Talk about deals! Alan helped us out with more than just finding the right mattress! He made sure all needs were met, in all aspects, down to the height of how we wanted our set to be!
