I write most of my reviews on Yelp. I previously left a review for this location on Google reviews but wanted to move it over here because I believe the reviews on Yelp are less likely to be fake. I have purchased a Stearns and Foster king size mattress from this store on Decatur. They have a large selection of mattresses to choose from and very good customer service. They have a no interest payment plan if you are not paying cash. I would recommend this store.

Why did I go into a physical store? My CalKing was murdering my back, and at first I tried to browse different websites, but it's just impossible to buy a mattress based on reviews. And when you purchase a mattress online it can take weeks. Why would I choose THIS Best Mattress again? Darrick is the sole reason I would go back. He walked me through the pros and cons of each mattress so that I was able to make an informed decision. He showed me different price points, was incredibly knowledgeable, and not at all pushy.

Whenever I shop for a mattress, they always ask what position I sleep in and what I've noticed is that 'missionary' is never the answer they're looking for. I don't know, I'm not awake. But after a decade of use, it was beyond time for a new one because according to one mattress manufacturer, a sleeping human sweats 880 pints over five years and so my bed was at the 220 gallon mark, doing the math. Brian, was very helpful and patience with us as we laid from bed to bed. Couldn't decide which one we wanted, but he knew all about every mattress. So, we really didn't have to ask too many questions. The best part for us was delivery was the next day We're excited to sleep on our new Tempur-pedic! Thanks Brian for the excellent customer service :)

We went in and seen Cameron and he helped us get a bed he was wonderful great customer service great guy we recommend this best mattress on Decatur for anybody looking to get into a nice mattress. We went to another place the day before at another mattress place that I won't name and they lied to us and that's why we recommend Best Mattress on Decatur and Cameron !

I had a pleasant experience shopping at this location. Stuart was very courteous and professional and caring. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions. He took all the time I needed to pick out my favorite mattress. I was surprised when he asked me if I was a veteran and I said yes and he thanked me for serving and was able to help me with a discount. Needed two mattresses and these guys had the best prices and close to home. Ethan was great to work with and delivery was first thing next day!! Even took old mattresses with them.
