Top notch service, helpful, friendly staff who weren't used-car salesmen. They actually LOOKED for discounts, and price matched Amazon for pillows and the adjustable base. Ended getting another 10% off just for buying that day. The supervisor that day even suggested we wouldn't be as happy with a more expensive mattress, and that has never happened to me in any mattress or furniture store. We are very happy and despite moving will likely come back to this location when we need a bed.

John was very helpful, when my wife Lori and I walked in he was with another client, he immediately apologized for not having more help to take care of us. We were in no hurry and it gave us a chance to look at the mattresses with no pressure. At first we were looking at memory foams and he said to us "you're either going to love them or hate them" He was right we hated them! It felt like sleeping in quicksand. From the moment my mom and I walked in, we were treated so well.. John was so helpful and he referred the perfect bed for me at the best price! I will definitely refer this place to everyone! I am also laying on my brand new mattress as I am typing this... Overall an awesome place! Don't forget to ask for john!

Shopped several mattress stores and decided to give Best Mattress a shot. So glad we did. John was very friendly, helpful and professional. Jon was amazing to work with. He didn't pressure us and let us try many models of beds. He wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase and we definitely are. Love our pillows! Would definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Pretty awesome experience purchasing our new mattress. Labis and Jon were very knowledgeable and patient. It's nice to see people who really know what it's like to give excellent customer service. We asked Labis if he could get our delivery done today and instead of just telling us no he picked up the phone to check. It really Impressed us. We will be sure to come back, we left as very satisfied customers!!
