This is the second mattress set we bought from this store. Labis Kragaris was extremely helpful. He pointed out that the motorized base floor sample was on sale, over a thousand dollars off. He didn't try to push us into buying a new base. We knew what mattress we wanted before going into the store and Labis worked with us to get the best pricing. We are retired so the savings was greatly appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate going back to this store when we are in the market for another mattress.

We needed to pickup some mattresses for our kids. We had originally planned on going to SAMs club, but we saw this store and decided to stop in. We got a better deal then we could have at SAMs. The guys were really nice and helpful. We received a follow up thank you letter from them as well. Great place, when it's time to change out my mattress I'll be coming here.

Best costumer service my husband and I have ever received. I was originally looking for a mattress with latex foam. I had went to a few mattress stores before going to Best Mattress. Labis originally greeted me and had informed me that the beds he had in the store had very little latex foam and told me that their was a store here in Vegas but he did not remember the name of it. Top notch service, helpful, friendly staff who weren't used-car salesmen. They actually LOOKED for discounts, and price matched Amazon for pillows and the adjustable base. Ended getting another 10% off just for buying that day. The supervisor that day even suggested we wouldn't be as happy with a more expensive mattress, and that has never happened to me in any mattress or furniture store. We are very happy and despite moving will likely come back to this location when we need a bed.

John was very helpful, when my wife Lori and I walked in he was with another client, he immediately apologized for not having more help to take care of us. We were in no hurry and it gave us a chance to look at the mattresses with no pressure. At first we were looking at memory foams and he said to us "you're either going to love them or hate them" He was right we hated them! It felt like sleeping in quicksand. From the moment my mom and I walked in, we were treated so well.. John was so helpful and he referred the perfect bed for me at the best price! I will definitely refer this place to everyone! Shopped several mattress stores and decided to give Best Mattress a shot. So glad we did. John was very friendly, helpful and professional. He educated us on the different types of mattresses and which would be the best fit for our needs. Not only did we get great service....we got an amazing deal!!! Thanks John and Best Mattress!!
