I needed a bed! The associates at best mattress took their time to find me the BEST. I love that they took the time to find a mattress that contours to my physical needs. We all hate sales people that go for the sale and neglect the customer. At this location I wasn't rushed I found something affordable and they gave me the flexibility I needed to pay. I would highly recommend best mattress and the associates at this location. Thanks for a great deal, genuine concern for my needs and joyful conversation.

I could not find any reason not to purchase a Mattress set with Best Mattress. Labis was awesome! I was more then happy with the service, I got my delivery right away, and they are a local family owned company. If you're looking for a really nice experience and also getting a great Mattress set do yourself a favor and go see Labis at the Best Mattress on DECATUR!!

Shopping around for a mattress, we were preparing ourselves to be bombarded by salespeople and upsold to something out of our price range -- which was the case for the other mattress stores we checked out. We went in to get a queen mattress. Dennis was amazing!!! He explained the differences in the mattresses and found us a bed that matched our needs. He even threw in a king size pillow with our purchase! Overall, the customer service we got from Dennis was phenomenal!!

So glad I came to this location when looking for new beds for my kids. We had recently moved into a new home and it was time to upgrade their bedroom sets! Came in and was greeted extremely fast. No pressure, best salesman I have experienced. Ask for Labis and tell him Rebecca from A Home 4 Spot sent you. He is super nice, very helpful and had zero pressure tatics. He also explained everything to me with valuable information. Another words, he knew his stuff! Must give him a try. I went here because of their 100 days same as cash advertised offer. I went in to the store just a couple of hours before they closed on a Saturday. Labis and John went out of their way to help me get the best deal on a quality mattress that I could possibly get on a Twin mattress set. Just want to write a review about the service at this best mattress!! I purchased a power base and from the sales guy to the delivery guys everyone was top notch! When the base was delivered David knew right away there would be an issue because of the design of the bases delivered and my unique staircase .. He and helped me talk with the sales guy Labis and his boss Joe Graziano! All three made sure I was able to exchange the bases for ones that would work for me!! The man that helped us, John, was exceptional. I felt no pressure whatsoever when choosing my mattress compared to most mattress stores. He was so friendly and funny. I would definitely come back to this store in particular just based on Johns overall presence and how welcoming he made us feel. Awesome guy you have here!
