This was by Far one of Thee BEST Shopping Experience I've ever had. Labis Kragaris was the BEST Salesperson I've probably ever met. We didn't feel uncomfortable or like we were being Rushed to buy something. The Best!! Knowledgeable, not pushy, and got us a great deal on a new king-size plus a full and a twin. Unbelievable quality for the price. SO happy.

There's only one sales guy who works there but he's da bomb. Super friendly and helpful, not pushy and genuinely interested in matching you with your perfect mattress. After listening to him, I almost bought a $10,000 reclining mattress, good thing my husband stopped me. I'm still going to buy it someday because it's awesome. We did end up furnishing two homes worth of beds from this store and were happy with our experience.

Absolutely the best service on a warranty problem! Purchased our new Serra set last March (2016) We started noticing manufacturer flaws, it happens! We had a 10 year warranty so I was going to be putting it to the test. I visited the store in January, the salesperson said no problem and filled out the form to go to Serra. Within days the inspector called to make appointment and inspect the bed. He told us the manufacturer would send us a letter. I have been searching for a new mattress for over a year. My wife and I have different work schedules so it's hard for both of us to go shopping fir big ticket items. However, 2 weeks ago, we both were off on the same day. We were in the area and decided to stop in to this store because I had previously tested out the iComfort bed at a different store. Dennis made shopping for a mattress so easy! He was so knowledgeable and very very friendly! I don't usually write reviews, but he explained how each mattress differentiated, and was patient! He made my experience at best mattress so nice! 10/10 would recommend!!!
