Shopped several mattress stores and decided to give Best Mattress a shot. So glad we did. John was very friendly, helpful and professional. He educated us on the different types of mattresses and which would be the best fit for our needs. Not only did we get great service....we got an amazing deal!!! Thanks John and Best Mattress!!
Jon was amazing to work with. He didn't pressure us and let us try many models of beds. He wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase and we definitely are. Love our pillows! Would definitely recommend this store to everyone.
Pretty awesome experience purchasing our new mattress. Labis and Jon were very knowledgeable and patient. It's nice to see people who really know what it's like to give excellent customer service. We asked Labis if he could get our delivery done today and instead of just telling us no he picked up the phone to check. It really Impressed us. Great Service. John was excellent. He let us try as many mattresses as we wanted and listened to our needs and wants. Zero sales pressure which is very rare.
We purchased a mattress, box spring, frame and mattress cover from Dan at Best Mattress. He listened to our requests and took the time to show us several different mattress choices. He gave us plenty of time to make our decision and didn't pressure us at any time. We have been very happy with our choice and would not hesitate in going back to see Dan when we need any new mattresses in the future.
