Great Service. John was excellent. He let us try as many mattresses as we wanted and listened to our needs and wants. Zero sales pressure which is very rare.
Awesome customer service everytime, when we first came to purchase a bed we got great service from dan with no problems at all. We came back 2 months later and purchased 3 more beds from Jon and he also gave me my wife and mother in law awesome customer service. We will without a doubt be back in the future for any needs and would definitely recommend anyone reading this review to go and check them out. Dan was very knowledgeable and did not push anything onto my gf and I. We went in on Black Friday and got a super sweet deal on an already great deal for an extra firm, queen size, Bedminster. The original price for the bed was $1199 and we walked out paying only a little over $800 which included the bed, 2 amazing pillows that are each $140 and next day delivery. They even hauled our old bed for free! Definitely a great experience and would recommend to anyone! Cheers
Dan the store manager was an amazing help! Even when I needed to make a change to my order, he was totally accommodating and offered great prices. Even more, he took the time to show me all the features in a mattress and helped guide me to two excellent choices for my new home.
Great experience here...felt like I was taking with an old friend rather than a sales person. From start to finish absolutely great! Loved trying all the different mattress and finding the right one..no rush and a great price..even got it delivered the same day! I would recommed best mattress to anyone and everyone!
By far the best mattress buying experience ever! In need of a new one, but wasn't excited to shop for one from past experience. Dan was wonderful! He let us take our time trying out different models (and there are a lot of them) without being pushy. He is very knowledgeable on the different types of mattress and helped us feel confident in our purchase.
