Excellent Customer Service. Dennis knew his mattress product line and offered relevant recommendations to our requirements without the usual sale pressure. As a return Best Mattress customer we would recommend Best Mattress with a sales persons of Dennis' caliber.
I went here because of their 100 days same as cash advertised offer. I went in to the store just a couple of hours before they closed on a Saturday. Labis and John went out of their way to help me get the best deal on a quality mattress that I could possibly get on a Twin mattress set. Just want to write a review about the service at this best mattress!! I purchased a power base and from the sales guy to the delivery guys everyone was top notch! When the base was delivered David knew right away there would be an issue because of the design of the bases delivered and my unique staircase .. He and helped me talk with the sales guy Labis and his boss Joe Graziano! All three made sure I was able to exchange the bases for ones that would work for me!! The man that helped us, John, was exceptional. I felt no pressure whatsoever when choosing my mattress compared to most mattress stores. He was so friendly and funny. I would definitely come back to this store in particular just based on Johns overall presence and how welcoming he made us feel. Awesome guy you have here!
John and Labis are the best. The customer service was exceptional could not be any better. We bought a tempurpedic mattress which we loved. I recommend anyone that's interested in buying a bed to come here. Best customer service ever.
