John and Labis are the best. The customer service was exceptional could not be any better. We bought a tempurpedic mattress which we loved. I recommend anyone that's interested in buying a bed to come here. Best customer service ever.

Having just moved to Las Vegas from out of state just days ago, we needed to replace a bed frame that was given some 'extra love' from the moving company. We wandered in pretty close to closing time but got a warm reception AND was left alone to wander and browse for awhile. I've been looking for the perfect mattress and John was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. He was very patient, showed me the options I had with the criteria I wanted in my bed and I finally settled on a tempur-pedic!! Definitely recommend best mattress. Excellent customer service!

This is the second mattress set we bought from this store. Labis Kragaris was extremely helpful. He pointed out that the motorized base floor sample was on sale, over a thousand dollars off. He didn't try to push us into buying a new base. We knew what mattress we wanted before going into the store and Labis worked with us to get the best pricing. We are retired so the savings was greatly appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate going back to this store when we are in the market for another mattress.

We needed to pickup some mattresses for our kids. We had originally planned on going to SAMs club, but we saw this store and decided to stop in. We got a better deal then we could have at SAMs. The guys were really nice and helpful. We received a follow up thank you letter from them as well. Great place, when it's time to change out my mattress I'll be coming here.

Best costumer service my husband and I have ever received. I was originally looking for a mattress with latex foam. I had went to a few mattress stores before going to Best Mattress. Labis originally greeted me and had informed me that the beds he had in the store had very little latex foam and told me that their was a store here in Vegas but he did not remember the name of it.
