UPDATE: Our 5/12/18 review....things are not going so well. My husband discussed our concerns with the customer service behavior of the 2 delivery men. Since then many communications with the store customer service manager and the store salesman have left us on a roller coaster ride. After several requests we finally are shown the picture of the so-called stain and when we saw it we were actually surprised that that picture was our mattress. Sales staff were awesome. Troy and Robert. The problem is the delivery men use dirty gloves to deliver the mattress. They stained the sides. When I wanted to exchange the mattress, under the 120 day guarantee, they would not take it. It was a nightmare. After another month of dealing with the mattress cover warranty etc etc, I finally got the exchange. I felt like they were doing me a favor. It was a nightmare. Buyer beware.

If I would have done this review 2-3 weeks ago I would have said that Troy and Roger were the best I have ever worked with! But I can have to say now that have ZERO professionalism!!!!!!! My husband and I purchased 2 twin mattress, long story short we had to return one and bought a full mattress. When our mattress was opened and set up, it gave ohorrible rubber smell that stunk up the whole house. When we went in to complain and ask for them to come get it (we had picked it up) the salesman copped an attitude and said we would have to wait a week before we could bring it back. His boss told us to cut an apple, put it on a plate and set it on the mattress to help absorb the smell. Will NEVER purchase from this company again!! Strong scents in mattresses are common with foam and hybrid mattresses as they are layered with adhesive. These beds do need to be aired out and, as unorthodox as it sounds, the sliced apple on a plate trick actually works! Unfortunately, this issue is addressed at the manufacturer's level and we do not manufacture mattresses. TL:DR, bought a bad mattress, the mattress inspector brought bed bugs into my home, best mattress gave me the run around ever since. 2 years after the nightmare I went through with my first purchase, I was having to again contact this company. The iComfort mattress I purchased previously had been sagging in the middle on both sides. I was informed that an inspector had to come in and check it out. Was very pleased with my experience here for memorial day at Best Mattress. John & labis are very nice. Just very disappointed i bought my mattress monday & its Thursday now still havent received the mattress they said it would be here here in 2 days so wensday.... Called & said it would here now thursday & called said it would be here now friday ....:(

Don't buy from Best mattress or a Southerland mattress.We purchased a gel foam mattress and box spring for my son and before it was 3 months old the box spring literally broke and the wood splintered up and caused a hole in the mattress in two places. Best Mattress said it no longer had a relationship with Southerland iNC mattress In Nashville, Tennessee and that we had to go to them directly.
