Fantastic experience at this location. I have been all over Vegas looking for mattresses and this is the only location that I found that shot straight with me and really worked to earn my business. John is amazing and truly understands the value of customer service. He did not waste my time trying to up sale me with long drawn out sales pitches. John was awesome! I was uncertain as to what I was looking for as there are so many options. John was super knowledgeable and explained the differences on different makes and models. He also explained what would work best for me as a stomach sleeper. I appreciated the recommendations and he was right. I bought an awesome mattress and pillows. I've owned it for about a week now and it's the best sleep I've had in a long long long time.

John was seriously the most helpful salesperson that I've dealt with in a long time. He gave us options. He gave us the best deal and even accommodated us to receive our mattress the next day!! He made us feel super comfortable with our purchase and made us feel like we were in the best hands. Best Mattress will definitely be our mattress shop of choice! My husband and I arrived at Best Mattress in terrible shape. We had just left a competitors store and were discouraged, feeling both overwhelmed and confused by all of the choices. We were unsure what we were looking for, and after spending about half an hour in the store and testing out at least a dozen mattresses we were still unable to agree on something that felt right to both of us. Please tell your driver's shoe covers only work if they are worn. After first guy left a half dozen marks I had to ask him to please write his feet. He put on covers.

Go see John he was great to work with. Great customer service he didn't try to push more on me then what he knew we needed. He gave us a great deal and just what we needed! Such a great experience!

My husband and I have been dragging our feet on getting a new mattress, mainly avoiding the whole long process of getting haggled with like we have in the past. John was straight up and made the whole process smooth, and dare I say, fun! It took way less time than we anticipated and we enjoyed the process. We are really excited for our new mattress.
