John was seriously the most helpful salesperson that I've dealt with in a long time. He gave us options. He gave us the best deal and even accommodated us to receive our mattress the next day!! He made us feel super comfortable with our purchase and made us feel like we were in the best hands. Best Mattress will definitely be our mattress shop of choice! If you want a good quality mattress with the best customer service - stop what you're doing and go here immediately! Thanks John! You're the best!

My husband and I arrived at Best Mattress in terrible shape. We had just left a competitors store and were discouraged, feeling both overwhelmed and confused by all of the choices. We were unsure what we were looking for, and after spending about half an hour in the store and testing out at least a dozen mattresses we were still unable to agree on something that felt right to both of us. Please tell your driver's shoe covers only work if they are worn. After first guy left a half dozen marks I had to ask him to please write his feet. He put on covers.

Go see John he was great to work with. Great customer service he didn't try to push more on me then what he knew we needed. He gave us a great deal and just what we needed! Such a great experience!

John was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He was not pushy at all; rather he listened and helped us find a mattress that will meet all our needs and was a good value. Process was easy. We will go back to work with John again next time we need a mattress.

My husband and I have been dragging our feet on getting a new mattress, mainly avoiding the whole long process of getting haggled with like we have in the past. John was straight up and made the whole process smooth, and dare I say, fun! It took way less time than we anticipated and we enjoyed the process. We are really excited for our new mattress. If you need a new bed...Go see John!! He gave us a great deal and was very pleasant to work with. We found the bed we wanted and he gave us a very competitive price...lower than Mattress Firm, RC Willey, Macy's and lower than Amazon. The big positive is that we had our bed delivered and set up within 3 hours after we left the store. The delivery crew was very courteous, the main guy knew what he was doing when he took apart our Sleep Number Bed, and moved it into the garage.
