John was amazing, very helpful. Best experience ever, when i was moving my wife had a very bad experience with the furniture movers and meant to call their boss to ask for new movers but called john by mistake, when he heard how upset she was he had the mattress delivered a day early. That is A+++ customer service

The store was pretty full when I walked in, which gave me time to walk around and check out the different mattresses. John was handling a lot of different questions from customers, but still managed to ask me how he could help. John made every thing super simple, kept in my budget, and made sure I had every thing I needed to have a great night's sleeo. The warranty was also explained to me thoroughly even though I walked in 20 minutes before closing! He was confident enough to convice me!

John was awesome! I was uncertain as to what I was looking for as there are so many options. John was super knowledgeable and explained the differences on different makes and models. He also explained what would work best for me as a stomach sleeper. I appreciated the recommendations and he was right. I bought an awesome mattress and pillows. I've owned it for about a week now and it's the best sleep I've had in a long long long time.

John was seriously the most helpful salesperson that I've dealt with in a long time. He gave us options. He gave us the best deal and even accommodated us to receive our mattress the next day!! He made us feel super comfortable with our purchase and made us feel like we were in the best hands. Best Mattress will definitely be our mattress shop of choice! My husband and I arrived at Best Mattress in terrible shape. We had just left a competitors store and were discouraged, feeling both overwhelmed and confused by all of the choices.
