We had a little problem with our mattress so we contacted wonderfull Dana and she told us dont worry we will send a man to check the problem--What happened was the handle on the side of our new mattress ripped while I was turning it to put a new sheet on our 9 month old mattress--anyway I didnt notice right away and when I did we contacted her and she did go beyond all strings to assist us--Today we walked into the store on Blue Diamond in our area and met a great guy who turned out to be a big MG in this operation of Best M... read more

So last week I went into the store to look at some beds. I met John who is very nice & funny. He's a straight shooter too which I like. Today I brought my wife in and she fell a sleep on a tempur-pedic mattress which is what I was looking at. Well we left owning one. Delivery tomorrow!! If you need a mattress & a straight shooter go see John and tell him Derek sent ya!!!

After receiving a sale advertising flyer in the mail, we went to check out the Queen mattress we needed for our guest bedroom. Since it won't be used too often, we wanted an inexpensive but good quality budget mattress. John was a very entertaining salesperson - I told him he reminded me a lot like Will Ferrell! He didn't push and recommended another mattress than the one we came in for as it was firmer and cost only $50 more. We decided to purchase the latter. Finally a really positive experience buying a mattress. If your looking for a new mattress and also want to learn about the products then this is the store for you. Make sure you talk to John, he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and not constantly trying to upsell you There are a lot of Best Mattress stores but take the time and make the drive to shop with John. You won't be sorry.

Me and my husband went into the blue diamond store today at around 11:30. Personally, I prefer people do not jump in to my face the minute I walk into a store. I understand that how it works for salespeople, However I find it annoying. We picked up our little sheets to lay on and proceeded to look at the beds. John Came up to us with the best sales pitch I have ever heard. He basically asked if we wanted help or if we wanted him to leave us alone so we can look in peace. Walked in and was greeted by John. He took the time to know is and what we are looking for. Originally went in to check pricing but instead walked out with everything! Mattress, box spring, bed cover, bed frame and even sheets! John helped us with discounts and saved us so much money. I would highly recommend going and asking for John. No pressure and was willing to teach some mattress knowledge!!
