After receiving a sale advertising flyer in the mail, we went to check out the Queen mattress we needed for our guest bedroom. Since it won't be used too often, we wanted an inexpensive but good quality budget mattress. John was a very entertaining salesperson - I told him he reminded me a lot like Will Ferrell! Finally a really positive experience buying a mattress. If your looking for a new mattress and also want to learn about the products then this is the store for you. Make sure you talk to John, he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and not constantly trying to upsell you There are a lot of Best Mattress stores but take the time and make the drive to shop with John. You won't be sorry.

Me and my husband went into the blue diamond store today at around 11:30. Personally, I prefer people do not jump in to my face the minute I walk into a store. I understand that how it works for salespeople, However I find it annoying. We picked up our little sheets to lay on and proceeded to look at the beds. John Came up to us with the best sales pitch I have ever heard. He basically asked if we wanted help or if we wanted him to leave us alone so we can look in peace. Walked in and was greeted by John. He took the time to know is and what we are looking for. Originally went in to check pricing but instead walked out with everything! Mattress, box spring, bed cover, bed frame and even sheets! John helped us with discounts and saved us so much money. I would highly recommend going and asking for John. No pressure and was willing to teach some mattress knowledge!!

I am a returning customer. I originally bought my first mattress from Shauna at the Rainbow store. I then followed her to the new Henderson store to buy 4 more matresses for my rental apartments. I then followed her to Blue Diamond store where I bought the family new mattresses for our new house. I went in last week and upgraded my mattress to a Sterns and Foster reserve collection Hepburn . Just had an amazing mattress shopping experience in this store. John is amazing. We just told him what we want, our complains about our previous bed, gave us choices about beds and payments and ofcourse educated us about the mattress. He explained how important it is to have a bed/pillow protector. That's the first thing they'll ask about warranty. I'd definitely recommend purchasing from this store!
