This was the easiest mattress purchase we have ever had. We told John exactly what we needed and what we were looking for. John knew exactly which mattresses to show us and for the right price. He gave us a discount and will deliver the day we needed it. We will never go anywhere else when we are in need of a mattress.

I came in looking for 2 beds. John was very accommodating and straight forward. He did not try to up-sell. He was honest and straight to the point. His sense of humor was great. My friend and I laughed the whole time! I recommend John for your mattress guy.

JOHN was terrific! This was a great experience and very positive. No high pressure, just pleasant overall. The quality of the mattresses was great of course. We came in to buy mattresses and I am rarely impressed by sales persons, but this was impressive. We felt cared for and were really happy over the whole experience. I would and will recommend this store to others ( I do not do that).

we went into the store to just look at mattress and the sales person John-was one of the best salespeople i have ever worked with. Within min. we picked out the mattress we wanted and was delivered the same day. He has the best customer service ever. Will send several people his way if i have the chance. will never shop anywhere else for a mattress again. Thank You Carol and Sal

Me and my family came into best mattress, just to look and feel out some beds. John was so informative, and he worked out an AMAZING deal for my family, we walked out of there with two new mattresses ready to be delivered! It's literally the Best Mattress place in the city!

John was amazing, very helpful. Best experience ever, when i was moving my wife had a very bad experience with the furniture movers and meant to call their boss to ask for new movers but called john by mistake, when he heard how upset she was he had the mattress delivered a day early. That is A+++ customer service

The store was pretty full when I walked in, which gave me time to walk around and check out the different mattresses. John was handling a lot of different questions from customers, but still managed to ask me how he could help. I told him what I was looking for, and after a few options gave me a deal on the perfect mattress. The whole process was simple and fast. John has a very easy way of connecting with customers.
