Just had an amazing mattress shopping experience in this store. John is amazing. We just told him what we want, our complains about our previous bed, gave us choices about beds and payments and ofcourse educated us about the mattress. He explained how important it is to have a bed/pillow protector. That's the first thing they'll ask about warranty. I'd definitely recommend purchasing from this store!
I just moved into a new house and in need for a mattress for me and my gf. An Amazing Guy by the name "Jalloh" greeted us as soon as we walk thru the door. When I walked into Best Mattress I was greeted warmly by John. John was very helpful, knowledgeable, and did anything he could to help find a mattress we would love. He went above and beyond our customer service expectations. We would recommend this store to anyone.
We needed a new bed for the guest room and had looked at several stores before going to Best Mattress. John was great- no pressure just great service. We were in and out within a half hour and he gave us a great deal. We'll definitely be back when it's time to replace the mattress in the master bedroom.

Stopped by here expecting to be upselled like the previous mattress store, so depressing. Then I met John at Best Mattress. What a pleasant buying experience. He explained the mattresses and stuck to my budget and squeezed some more discounts in there. I feel like I made a friend here.
