When I walked into Best Mattress I was greeted warmly by John. I told him what I was looking for and what me budget was and he went above and beyond to make sure I got not exactly what I wanted BUT EVEN BETTER!!!! We needed a new bed for the guest room and had looked at several stores before going to Best Mattress. John was great- no pressure just great service. We were in and out within a half hour and he gave us a great deal. We'll definitely be back when it's time to replace the mattress in the master bedroom.

Stopped by here expecting to be upselled like the previous mattress store, so depressing. Then I met John at Best Mattress. What a pleasant buying experience. He explained the mattresses and stuck to my budget and squeezed some more discounts in there. I feel like I made a friend here.
